Ed Pilapil Jr., DBA
Dr. Ed is the founder and CEO of the company. He is an entrepreneur, consultant, and speaker.
Ed lectures at the Ateneo de Naga University on the following courses: Philosophy of Business, Marketing Management, and Starting an Enterprise. He also teaches Transformational Leadership Theory at the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from ADNU graduated with distinction, and an Executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. Ed also holds a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries. He holds a Bachelors in Communication Arts from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
He is also a Bloomberg Certified Financial Markets Professional.

Ed received a College Distinguished Award from UPLB in 2017 for his contributions to Agribusiness.

Andrew Competente
Andrew is the President of Information Technology at the Company.
He earned a degree in Data Communication from Ateneo de Naga University.
​
Andrew has extensive experience overseeing various Information Technology projects, with a particular focus on Systems Architecture and Learning Management Systems.
​
He is responsible for developing and implementing innovative IT strategies that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
​
Andrew works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT initiatives align with the company's overall objectives.
​
Mylce Mella-Competente
Mylce is the COO of the company, ensuring the smooth operation of the company, overseeing project management and coordinating with different departments to drive business growth and success.
​
She worked as a multimedia journalist for ABS-CBN Integrated News and Current Affairs, based in the Bicol for a decade. Mylce also served as the Head of Communications at the Bicol Medical Center for two years, where she honed her skills in strategic communication planning and execution.
​
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines-Baguio, and has completed a Graduate Certificate in ASEAN Studies at the University of the Philippines-Open University.
​
Currently, Mylce is pursuing a Master in Development Management degree at the Asian Institute of Management.
Janet Pilapil
Janet is the Human Resource Officer at the company, responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
​
She brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in a variety of industries, including real estate, building administration, government compliance, and people management.
Janet holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, which has provided her with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
Since 2018, Janet has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Stewardship Alliance Inc., a non-profit organization that offers scholarships and support to micro-enterprises, demonstrating her commitment to community service and social responsibility.
Kathleen Joy Pilapil
Kathleen specializes in Digital Communications and Digital Advocacies.

She has a holistic command of various digital disciplines, including: information design, layout design, art direction, visual branding, film production & video editing, podcast production, and multi-camera operations for live production.
​
During the pandemic, she co-established the Communications team for Bicol Medical Center, enabling the dissemination of vital COVID-19 information and hospital updates throughout the Bicol Region.
Kathleen is currently pursuing a Master in Innovation and Business (MIB) degree at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Ateneo de Naga University and studies ancient languages and history at IIBS and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Julius Co Soriano, MD
Dr. Julius is a Member of the Board.

He is a highly skilled medical professional with extensive experience in the fields of internal medicine and gastroenterology.
​
He is a fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians, the Philippine Society of Gastroenterology, and the Philippine Society of Digestive Endoscopy.
​
He is also an active member of the Camarines Sur Medical Society and has held several leadership positions, including his role as the Immediate Past President of the Philippine Society of Digestive Endoscopy and the current President of the Philippine Society of Gastroenterology and Philippine Society of Digestive Endoscopy Bicol Chapter.
Jan Anton Tible
Anton is a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to driving business growth in rural communities.
